We are hiring Hiking and Kayaking Guides to join our team for the 2025 season!

About the Role

This full-time role (80-100% position) runs from May 15 to September 15, 2025, with a mandatory training week starting May 15. We’re looking for guides who thrive in remote, ever-changing environments and can be flexible with last-minute bookings. 

What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates are:

• Experienced in hiking and/or kayaking tours
• Flexible with scheduling and adaptable to new situations 
• Certified in First Aid, WFR, or rescue skills (based on tier requirements)
• Confident Cooks for groups of 2-12, comfortable shopping and preparing meals on trips
• Skilled in Outdoor Leadership and sustainable practices
• Willingness to relocate to the Westfjords for the summer season (local housing not provided)

Your Responsibilities

• Lead safe, informative hiking and kayaking tours
• Cook and prepare meals while on the job
• Manage group dynamics and ensure an unforgettable guest experience
• Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and calm
