Sailor chick of the year…

With all due respect to the many wonderful ladies that have sailed with us this year, my vote for “sailor chick of the year” goes to Samantha Davies. You simply gotta love this girl. She is participating in the gruelling “Vendee Globe” single-handed, non-stop, round-the-world yacht race.

To many, Sam is the star of the show. Having earned that by her humorous daily blog and being in 8th place on a 10 year old boat Roxy.
